On Sunday, September 21, we’ll gather in community at Find Your Flow Fitness & Wellness Studio to honor this lunar energy through guided meditation, intention-setting, and simple rituals designed to help you align with your truest self and your deepest goals.
Together, we’ll create space to pause, reflect, and reset—supporting each other as we plant seeds for the season ahead. Whether you’re new to moon circles or a seasoned practitioner, this is a welcoming space to ground, connect, and manifest.
