Join us for Ecstatic Dance, Shared silence and Potluck Lunch. Come delight in the freedom of movement, self expression, a brief silent meditation and delicious food with friends, new and old!
We will dance free form to 5 different rhythms of music. Everyone is welcome! no dancing experience is required.
Once the music stops playing we will enjoy a silent meditation for 15 minutes and relax... big breaths of release, hearts beating together, our presence without anything added, simply BEING together. We will follow with a potluck!
Come share conversation, delicious food and fellowship.
Dance: 5:30PM
Silent Circle: 6:30PM
Potluck: 6:45 PM
Bring a dish, side or snack, a mat to lay/sit on and your dancing feet!
Sliding Scale: $20 - $35 (work trade and subsidized entry options available. If the cost of this event is prohibitive for you contact us via private message)
