CFV RUN/WALK CLUB - The Fall Version

We are excited to announce our Fall Run/Walk Club! One of the primary goals is to help get everyone ready for the Running of the Balls on December 13th. https://www.therunningoftheballs.com

Run/Walk Club Dates (10am):
October 5 & 19
November 2, 16 & 30

- Please sign up in Wodify so the coaches know how many to expect.

- Coach Abby will also be putting together a plan for anyone who wants to keep up with runs on the off weeks.

- If you have friends that want to join you, there will be a nominal $10 drop-in fee that can be purchased on our website.

Open Gym will still be available from 10am-12pm on these dates.
