A Service of Blessing & Joy Celebrating The Rev. CeCee Mills

Join us at Prince of Peace, Greensboro, as we celebrate our sister and daughter of the congregation, the Rev. CeCee Mills, and her new call as Secretary of the ELCA! We’ll lift her up with a Service of Blessing & Joy (worship for the soul) followed by dinner with friends on Sunday, September 28, at 4:00 p.m.

Prince of Peace’s pastor, the Rev. Matt Canniff-Kesecker, adds, “We are overjoyed for Pastor CeCee. The purpose statement of our congregation is Lifting Every Voice with the Joy of Jesus, and that is exemplified in Pastor CeCee’s story at Prince of Peace—empowered to preach her first sermon at age nine and now lifting her voice to lead our whole denomination, which is a blessing for us all. Come join us as we lift our voices in praise and share the joy of Jesus!”
