Join this imtimate group of only 8 and receive a motivating sound bath to set you up right for the weekend.
The sound bath will run from 9-9:50am. Please arrive at 9:50am and wait quietly on the landing until I come to collect you. Bring a bottle of water with you and comfy clothes. No need for anything else.
