We are thrilled to welcome the incredible Doro @amberwavesaunamaster , a German-qualified Aufguss Sauna Master, who will be bringing an authentic, high-impact German Aufguss ritual to our @kipmarina sauna — and trust us… sauna lovers, this is one you cannot miss.
So, what is Aufguss?
It’s the ultimate sensory sauna experience — a dramatic blend of intense heat, aromatic steam, rhythm and breath.
Doro pours essential-oil-infused water and ice over the stones, then uses skilled, flowing movements to whip waves of heat through the room. The result?
A powerful, immersive ritual that leaves you energised, clear, deeply relaxed — and totally blown away.
Each 2-hour session includes:
� Multiple Aufguss rounds
� Refreshments + snacks
� A sensory journey unlike anything else
