About the Workshop

Join Debbie Howard to learn to weaving of a simple braided border serving basket. This basket begins with a wooden base using round reeds for stakes. There will be several colors available to choose from during the class.

About the Instructor
Debbie Howard is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and moved to Dade County in 2018 for retirement. She has been basket weaving for almost 4 years and loves sharing this lost art with new students of all ages. In her spare time, she loves traveling the world, exploring all parts of Missouri, creating art, and practicing yoga.
