Hazardous Household Waste Collection Event

Join us for a free Hazardous Household Waste Collection Event on Saturday, September 6, 2025, from 9am-1pm at the Greene County Fairgrounds parking lot, located at 425 East Vann Road. This is a great opportunity to safely dispose of items such as household cleaners, automotive products, lawn and garden chemicals, home maintenance products, and other hazardous materials. Help keep our community clean and safe by bringing your unwanted items for proper disposal. Please note that batteries, oil, and oil-based paint are accepted daily at any Greene County Convenience Center. For more information or questions, call 423-638-4111.⚠️
