The Greene Labor Day 5k is a road race that is part of an end-of-summer family-oriented field day held in Greene. All runners & walkers are welcome.
When: Monday, September 7th. Check-in 8:00-8:45am. Race starts at 9:00am
Where: Course Starts & finishes at Greene Lions Club Park located on Lions Park Lane. Ample parking & Restroom facilities available. Registration, post-race refreshments, & awards at the pavilion.
Why: Benefit Greene Community Labor Day Picnic Association, Inc. A locally run charity dedicated to raising funds for community enrichment.
Course: Wheel-measured 5 kilometer (3.1 mile) road race USATF certified (NY17031JG). Chip timing.
Awards: Custom Awards for 1st Overall Male and Female Finishers, Medals for 1st, 2nd & 3rd Overall Male/Female Finishers
1st, 2nd & 3rd Male/Female in each age group
