Join an all-ages community-wide fossil adventure blending science, nature, and art! Explore Greencastle’s buildings and the DePauw Nature Park on your own with a virtual or paper map or participate in a guided tour. (See the agenda for details.) Visit Fern Cliff’s fossilized sandstone - home to the orignal green Coca-Cola bottles, make fossil prints and poems, hear from experts, and trade your Paleo Art for a fossil cookie.

Info: Join Miss Janet & her Paleo Pals in the Paleo Learning Lab at the DePauw Nature Park Welcome Center, 1400 W County Road 125 S, Greencastle, IN 46135 from 11-4, Monday-Friday (November 10-14) and Sunday 11/9 & 11/16 . The Paleo Learning Lab includes stations to make paleo art, paleo poems, and learn all about ancient life around you! Park in the lot and follow the signs to the Welcome Center, a two minute walk. Maps for the self-guided tour are available here and at these locations: the Putnam County Visitor's Center, the Putnam County Library, the Bodega, and the Putnam County Museum. These locations have special treats like fossil cookies, so be sure to visit them all!
