CommUNITY Rest & Receive: Reiki-Infused Sound Bath

Gather at the Joy of Yoga and Wellness for an evening of Love, Light and Grace. Where you’re given space to let go and receive.

CW will skillfully guide you through a Reiki Meditation while you're being bathed in the healing sounds of her singing bowls. Generous time is given after your experience to share and ask questions.

All CommUNITY classes are offered by donation in person by cash or check. (The $.01 charge on the website is to deter bots)

No experience with Reiki is necessary to attend and all Faiths are welcome.

Reiki is a high-frequency, universal life energy that supports the body's natural ability to restore balance and well-being. Recognized across many cultures--it refers to the same intelligent energy that flows from the highest Source and sustains all life. It interacts not only iwth the body but also with the quantum field--the interconnected, vibrational matrix that underlies all matter and energy. It also interfaces with the biofield--the electromagnetic field that surrounds and flows through every living being.

The JoY of Yoga and Wellness Studio is located at 345B S. Washington Street in Greencastle. The building is adjacent to Premier HVAC. The wellness studio is tucked within FitterU, a personal training gym. When you enter the red door please keep to the right as you make your way back to the studio.
