Handcrafted Traditions: Snowflake & Basket Weaving
Spend the day learning the timeless art of weaving with two hands-on classes at the Greenbush Community Center on Saturday, November 1. No experience needed—just bring your creativity!
Morning Class: Snowflake Weaving (9:00–11:00 AM)
Create three 10-inch woven snowflakes to take home. This workshop requires hand dexterity and involves the use of sharp shears and quick-dry adhesives. All tools and materials provided.
💲 Class Fee: $20
Afternoon Class: Helena Basket (12:30–4:30 PM)
Weave the Helena Basket, a versatile piece featuring a solid pine base and an oak swing handle. Choose colorful lashing to personalize your design.
💲 Class Fee: $40
🌟 Special Offer: Register for both classes for just $55.
☕ Light refreshments will be served. If you’re attending both classes, feel free to bring your own lunch to enjoy during the break.
