Join us for an intentional afternoon of soulful journaling, calming meditation, healing sound bowls, and wholesome snacks…..all designed to help you ground your energy and glow from within. This is your sacred pause, a chance to slow down, reset, and nurture your mind, body, and spirit in a safe and supportive space.
🌎Location: Greenbank Community Centre 145 Teviot Road, Greenbank.
🕓 Time: Doors open @3:50pm for 4:00pm start
💰 Energy Exchange: $35 per person. Tickets to be purchased via link for catering purposes.
🧘♀️ What to bring: Journal, pen, yoga mat, comfy clothes, water bottle, and a blanket for extra comfort.
