Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra: A 90-minute journey to deep rest.

Join us for a 90-minute journey into deep relaxation and conscious rest, beginning with supportive restorative postures to unwind the body and followed by a transformative yoga nidra practice. Often called "yogic sleep," yoga nidra is a powerful guided meditation that systematically brings you to the threshold between wakefulness and sleep, where profound healing occurs.
This workshop is designed to melt away physical tension, soothe the nervous system, and calm the mind, leaving you feeling renewed, rested, and profoundly peaceful. All experience levels are welcome, as this practice is entirely accessible and requires no prior yoga or meditation experience.
