Board Breaking Power Hour

There's no better way to discover your own strength, confidence, and skill than SMASHING through a real wooden board (or 4 or 😎 at our Board Breaking Power Hour! Students at this power hour will receive advice on how to perfect their board breaking skills and will practice breaking on re-breakable and REAL wooden boards! This event is a BLAST and great for preparing for our upcoming belt advancement ceremony!

This event is open to all ages and ranks, we encourage everyone to attend. Never broke a real wooden board before? Don't worry! This event is perfect for you!

*Advanced Registration is Required. The deadline to register is Wednesday prior to the event.

**If you plan on testing for 1st Dan Black Belt, 2nd Dan Black Belt, 3rd Dan Black Belt, 3rd Dan Decided, 3rd Dan Senior, or 4th Dan Black Belt in the upcoming Allstar or Orlando testing, you are required to attend this event.
