Blessing of the Animals at St. Mary's

Bring your pets to church! Grab a lawn chair or blanket and join us at our outdoor altar along the river on Sunday, October 5th when we celebrate St. Francis of Assisi, Patron Saint of Animals, and provide a special blessing for each animal. Blessings will be given at both services (8:30 AM & 10:30 AM). NOTE: All animals must be caged or leashed for safety purposes. The loose plate collection for the day will support animal shelters in Clay County. For inclement weather we will move inside the parish hall with our animals.
