We’re kicking off our Yoga Teacher Training with a rich and immersive weekend designed to deepen your understanding of the physical, mental, and spiritual layers of yoga. Whether you’re here to teach or to expand your personal practice, this module lays a strong foundation.
What You’ll Learn
🪷 Philosophy – Explore the connection between asana (physical postures), breath, and mind. Understand how these elements work together to create a transformative practice on and off the mat.
🌬 Breathwork & Energy Locks – Study and practice Bandhas (energy locks), Drishti (focused gaze), and foundational pranayama techniques including Ujjayi and Nadi Shodhana to refine concentration and energy flow.
📚 Teaching Methodology – Learn to teach Surya Namaskar A, B, and C with clarity and confidence. Break down beginner-to-advanced postures, explore variations, and practice safe progressions to help students grow in their practice.
🤝 Hands-On Teaching Practice – Gain experience in teaching, assisting, and offering hands-on adjustments in a supportive learning environment.
🩻 Anatomy Study – Dive into the shoulder girdle to understand its structure, function, and importance in building strength, mobility, and safety in asana practice.
