Let's empower one another and figure out specifically where we want to direct our energy moving into the New Year! Join Jen to learn about what it means to not only set clear goals, but how to manifest them.
Learn how goal setting and vision boards can change your life!
Kick off the day with introductions (we all will share/converse throughout this workshop), followed by some detailed journaling work and basic goal setting exercises. We'll take a 15 minute break, then revisit the goal setting using the tools learned to create a few very intentional goals. Finish the day bringing your vision to life with the creation of a mini vision board!
It will be an empowering afternoon where we can generate conversations about all thing’s life, health, food, fitness, and our wildest dreams. Please dress comfortably!
The intention is to align with your highest self and feel inspired for what's to come in 2026 and beyond!
This Workshop is on Saturday January 3rd from 11:30-3:30pm
What is included:
guided journaling session (1 hour long process)
goal-setting tools and vision board tips
vision board paper and glue sticks (and a short supply of other inspiration)
light refreshments (tea + hot cocoa)
What you need to bring:
1) journal + pen(s) If you already have goals written, bring those too...
2) your own coffee mug
3) two or three magazine(s) you can cut up (PLEASE BRING!!) and any special additional personalized things like pictures, printouts, or stickers that you want to use to spice up your board
