Parent Meeting Invitation

Dear Southwest Softball Families,
We are excited to kick off another great tournament season with the Southwest Softball Association! To help everyone get started on the right track, we will be holding a Parent Meeting on Monday, October 6 at 6:00 PM. So save that date in your calendar right away! We will share more information before that meeting about things to bring including any deposit required, so stay tuned to your emails, facebook and/or game changer.
This meeting will allow you to meet your coaches and the SWSA Board. As well as enable us to share important information about the upcoming season, including:
Season calendar
Player expectations
Parent Code of Conduct
Communication method
Volunteer opportunities and fundraising plans
Player fees, uniforms, and gear requirements
We encourage at least one parent/guardian from each family to attend, as this meeting will set the foundation for a fun, organized, and successful season for all of our players.

** One additional fun thing - Chris Peeters one of our awesome coaches was able to get SWSA window decals made and they will be available for $5! All proceeds go to SWSA.
