» BODYCOMBAT: 8:45 – 9:30 am
» BODYBALANCE: 9:40 – 10:25 am

Whether you are looking to build strength, unleash your power, or restore balance, these back-to-back classes will leave you motivated and inspired. Come for one or stay for all three. Ages 14+. No registration required.
