Harvesting, Preserving, & Preparing Your Herb Garden

Jackie Johnson, MH ND, Herb Society of America

We’ll discuss creative ideas for how to use what you’ve grown – harvesting (when and how), preservation methods, and storing specific to what you have grown. We’ll make a syrup mix, a tincture, and two other make & takes that you can take with you that you may need during the winter.
