Disagreements are inevitable, not only in the workplace, but also outside of work. It can be easy to avoid these kinds of conversations; however, that may not be the best option. The Courageous Conversations model provides a framework to use when faced with having a tough conversation with a peer, leaders, direct reports, and even friends or family. This model can help you plan your approach to having a conversation, test your perspective, and come to a common course of action.
