Boot Camp

Feel the burn in this one! This class will challenge your fitness goals + encourage a healthy lifestyle with a community of like-minded people. Enjoy a total body workout using bodyweight + cardio exercises.

All fitness levels are welcome + modifications are provided. Bring a water bottle + towel.

No registration is required for this free program. This program is recommended for adults and teens 16+ (younger teens welcome with adult supervision).
