❄️ SOAR Winter Athlete Training Program ❄️
Winter is the perfect time for athletes to get stronger, faster, and more confident heading into spring sport seasons. SOAR’s Winter Training Program is designed for middle school and high school athletes across all sports.
Winter Program Options Include:
SOAR Foundations
Build athletic fundamentals including strength, power, speed, agility, endurance, movement quality, and confidence.
SOAR+
Our premier training option offering advanced coaching, deeper development, sport-specific progressions, and priority access.
IGNITE: Speed
A seasonal speed-development program focused on acceleration, sprint mechanics, change of direction, and top-end speed.
🗓 Start Dates:
Athletes may begin training any week from January 5th through January 19th.
⏱ Training Schedule:
Sessions run Monday–Friday with morning and afternoon options available to fit busy school and sport schedules.
📈 Training Options:
• 6–8 weeks of training, 2–3x per week
• OR SOAR Edge flexible month-to-month option (2x per week)
