About the event

Climate Conversations
October's Climate Converstataions is a book discussion on Saving Us: A Climate Scientist's Case for Hope and Healing in a Divided World by Katharine Hayhoe.

Called “one of the nation’s most effective communicators on climate change” (The New York Times), climate scientist Katharine Hayhoe offers hope and practical guidance in Saving Us. Rather than focusing on doom and despair, Hayhoe shows how simple conversations—grounded in shared values and personal connection—can spark meaningful action. Blending science, faith, and human stories, she demonstrates that talking about climate change may be the most powerful tool we have for creating change.

Join Climate Conversations at the LINC Library Innovation Center hosted by the Citizens Climate Lobby (CCL) Greeley chapter. CCL is a non-partisan organization that promotes solutions to the current climate crises. Free and open to the public. Registration is preferred. Books can be requested through the catalog on mylibrary.us.
