This course combines the convenience of online learning with the confidence of in-person, hands-on skills practice. The American Heart Association’s **HeartSaver® program** is designed for anyone who wants to be prepared to respond to emergencies at work, home, or in the community. This is great for anyone who is on the go and needs more flexibility for a CPR class.

**How it works:** ✅ **Part 1 – Online Learning:** Complete the online HeartSaver course at your own pace. register and pay for this portion with the link below

✅ **Part 2 – In-Person Skills Session:**
Go to nocosavealifecpr.com and register for Sundays check off class.
Join us for a scheduled hands-on sign off class to practice and demonstrate your CPR skills. Upon successful completion, participants receive a **2-year American Heart Association HeartSaver certification card.** This option is perfect for busy schedules—study online when it works best for you, then attend a shorter in-person session to build your confidence * Make sure you complete your skills sign off within 60 days of completing your online portion of the class.
