Yoga at SEND Views & Voices 'Malvern'

A FREE beginners' taster session of yoga exclusively for parent carers of children & young people with additional needs or disabilities.

About this Event

Take a well-deserved pause from the chaos of SEND family life & join us for a morning of calm & restorative yoga. Unwind & recharge with our beginners’ yoga taster session. No experience needed - just come & enjoy the companionship of other parent carers juggling similar challenges.

Tickets are free and exclusively available to Worcestershire parent carers supporting children & young people with special education needs and/or disabilities.

Please wear comfy clothing. Refreshments will be available.
