Have you ever looked back at a situation and wondered how you ended up where you were or why you allowed something to occur that you normally would not. When we face uncertainty in abusive scenarios, we too often tolerate things we normally would not, and it not only effects our self-image but who we are as a whole. Join us Saturday May 24th as we navigate a presentation on things we may end up believing when in abusive relationships and what we accept, and how we end up taking this internally. Then branching into an affirmations activity and taking some time for us.
