Afton Strings is an exciting new Scottish string quartet including members of the former Solaris Quartet. On 14 February they make their debut appearance in Chelmsford with a performance of Barber's String Quartet Op.11 (including the famous Adagio) plus evocative and intriguing discoveries from Scotland, East Anglia and beyond.
Free entry with retiring collection, all welcome. Refreshments will be available.
