➡️ Heart disease checks - NHS Health Checks available for men aged 40-74 registered to a Thurrock GP, not being treated for an existing heart condition, high blood pressure or cholesterol, kidney disease, or diabetes. You must also not have had an NHS health check in the last 5 years. Call 0800 292 2299 to book.
