Cosmic Orbit Qigong is a gentle, all-levels practice that weaves together breath, fluid movement, meditation, and sound to cultivate balance and vitality. Inspired by the teachings of Master Zhongxian Wu, this practice invites deep listening, presence, and alignment with the natural rhythms of life. Qi is the vital life force that animates all living things, flowing through the body and connecting us to the wider world; in qigong, we learn to sense, nourish, and harmonize this energy with awareness and ease. Through simple, accessible forms, we support nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and the smooth circulation of energy throughout the body. This highly accessible class offers a calm, restorative space to reconnect with your inner wisdom and experience gentle, lasting renewal, and can be done standing or seated.

Mariah Frye is the founder of Stone Turtle Yoga, as well as a nature-based Montessori primary school in Roscommon, Michigan. Her teaching style is grounded, warm and direct, and she helps students free the flow of Prana (life force) through alignment, extension and breath within the asanas and movements.
