Coping with the Holidays After Grief

The holiday season can be one of the hardest times of the year when you’ve lost someone you love. Feelings of grief, loneliness, and sadness are normal, and you don’t have to face them alone.
The COA is Offering a Holiday Grief Group:
Come together with others who understand what you’re going through.
• A safe space to share and listen
• Support from others who are grieving
• Tools to cope with the season
You are not alone in your grief.
Whether this is your first holiday without your loved one, or many years later, your feelings are real, and your presence is welcome.
