5 WEEK ALL LEVELS YOGA COURSE

This course is open to all levels, including beginners. Over 5 weeks, we’ll move through gentle flows, some core work, deeper stretches, and relaxation. No need to be flexible or experienced, just come as you are, enjoy taking time for yourself and leave feeling grounded, open, and more at ease in your body.

What to expect:

✅ Balance and core work to support strength

✅ Deep stretches to release tension

✅ Relaxation to finish each class feeling calm and refreshed

✅ A supportive space to practise at your own pace, whether you’re new to yoga or have some experience.
