Admission is FREE and the Gravenhurst Health Hub Project will be there with the Wheel of Health that you can spin for a chance to win great health and wellness prizes!
Who should attend?
Anybody with questions about mental health, diabetes, COPD, hypertension, arthritis, seniors & dementia, sexual health, vision loss, indigenous and cultural wellness, emergency and crisis support, nutrition, primary care access, end-of-life hospice, employment or public health. Whether you have health concerns, questions or just want to learn more about the amazing health services available to you in Gravenhurst, make sure you join us at the Health Fair!
