Empowering Girls Through Workshops – Supported by Children in Need!
These workshops are designed to help young minds explore essential topics like self-love, overcoming fears, body positivity, online safety, and future aspirations. Guided by journalling exercises, participants are encouraged to discover their inner strength and celebrate the beauty of their individuality. Our mission is simple: to inspire girls to embrace their unique selves and know they are never alone in their journeys.
Inclusivity lies at the heart of our workshops. We aim to foster understanding and appreciation of differences—be it in skin colour, gender, ability, race, background, or talents. We believe that diversity shapes our world and that every individual is equally valuable. Through these sessions, we help participants realise their self-worth and empower them to find their voice.
Our journey so far has been remarkable. Compassionate Voices CIC has delivered almost 60 life-changing workshops for women, reaching more than 500 participants both online and in-person between 2020 and 2024. In addition, our vibrant online community has flourished, hosting group activities and collaborations to enhance every event.
With "The Power of YOU" as our guiding philosophy, we've adapted the impactful women’s workshops specifically for girls aged 10-15 yrs. Join us in creating a space where young girls feel empowered to embrace who they are, supported by a community of compassion and encouragement.
• You can be who you want to be.
• I enjoyed everything, especially writing things down and shredding them. Also, the mood boards.
