Join Leslie in exploring the origins of complaints and how complaints and negative thinking comes to determine the life we live and the quality of the life we live. Understanding the habitual nature of complaining is the first step in making positive changes. Learn some tools that build awareness and interrupt these habit patterns and bring a little more peace and grace onto your life.
