Basic Lifting and Transferring for Caregivers (Oct 22)

This hands-on training equips caregivers with essential techniques for safely lifting, transferring, and repositioning individuals with limited mobility. Participants will learn proper body mechanics, use of assistive devices, and strategies to prevent injury for both the caregiver and the care recipient. Ideal for professional and family caregivers, this class promotes confidence, safety, and dignity in daily care routines.(In-person at Connecting Point)
