SUP Yoga + Floating Sound Bath

Join us for a soul-soothing evening on the water, starting with our signature SUP Yoga class at 7PM. Flow through gentle poses on your paddleboard, ending in floating shavasana just in time to melt into a magical Floating Sound Bath at 8PM. Let the calming tones of crystal bowls and serene lake vibes guide you into deep relaxation as the sun sets around you.
