Pilates Fusion

Come join me for a group fitness class at Key Fitness in Granville called Pilates Fusion!

Pilates fusion is a hybrid workout that combines Pilates exercises with elements from other fitness disciplines, such as yoga and strength training. It aims to provide a comprehensive and challenging workout that focuses on core strength, flexibility, and body alignment.

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel a class, kindly let me know by 8am that morning so we can refill the spot and let someone else join!🫶
