Denison’s Department of Music, with support from the Vail Series, presents the 29th annual Jazz Guitar Festival, featuring two standout artists from opposite coasts. West Coast legend Bruce Forman performs Friday, Oct. 31, with Tony Monaco (Hammond B3) and Reggie Jackson (drums). On Saturday, Nov. 1, East Coast virtuoso Sheryl Bailey takes the stage with Dean Hulett (bass) and Jim Rupp (drums). Festival producer Brett Burleson joins both nights on guitar.
Concerts begin at 7:30 p.m. in Sharon Martin Hall. The concerts are free and open to the public; however, tickets are required. Free public masterclasses with each artist take place at 3 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.

*The masterclasses are open to the public; no tickets required. Musicians are encouraged to bring their guitars.
