Step into yoga with confidence—gently and at your own pace. Timid Beginners is a welcoming 4-week workshop series designed for those who feel nervous, unsure, or brand-new to yoga. Whether you’ve never set foot on a mat or are returning after a long break, this series offers a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore foundational poses, mindful breathing, and simple movement.
Each session builds gradually, helping you develop body awareness, strength, and relaxation techniques. Jessa’s compassionate, clear guidance ensures you feel safe, seen, and encouraged throughout your journey.
By the end of the series, you’ll have:
• A comfortable understanding of basic yoga postures
• Tools for breathing and stress relief
• Increased confidence moving in your body
• A grounded foundation to continue your practice
