QuickBooks Online Basics

QuickBooks Online doesn’t have to be complicated. This two-hour class is designed for beginners with basic bookkeeping knowledge or anyone who has completed Understanding Business Bookkeeping.

You’ll get a practical introduction to computerized accounting while learning how to access and navigate QuickBooks Online, review core principles, and perform the most common functions.

Topics include:
➢ Overview of QuickBooks Online packages
➢ System settings and customization
➢ Products and services
➢ Beginning balances
➢ Accounts payable and receivable
➢ Bank and credit card account management
➢ Budgeting and financial planning
➢ Security measures and other relevant features

Before class, you’ll receive an email from the instructor with a link to the training site. You are welcome to bring your own laptop or use one of the computers provided in class.
