Yoga intensive with Stefan

I’m excited to invite you to a special three-hour yoga intensive designed to help you deepen your practice, reconnect with your body, and explore new layers of strength and ease. We normally organise this event between Christmas and New Year. The session will include focused breathwork, mindful movement, and restorative integration.
