After all the hustle and bustle of Christmas and New Year, you might feel like you need a break, or perking up now the get togethers are over.

First retreat for 2026 to help unwind mind and body, with some learning about alternative therapies too.

On the day you will recieve a self love sensory day with guided meditation, learning about Kineisiology( muscle testing) and how to test and use it on yourself.

There will be balancing chakras with crystals ,learning about spell bags and making your own.

Introduction to essential oils and finish off with Shamanic drumming.

Bring your own instrument for this and your packed lunch.
