30 Local CSRA Artists will be featured in our Fourth Annual AbstrACTION Art Show this year!
Q: What is AbstrACTION Art Group?
A: AbstrACTION is a group for anyone, at any skill level, in any medium, who wishes to utilize prompts, deadlines, and community support to create MORE original visual artwork.
Every 6 weeks, our group meets in person + virtually to share artwork from the previous 3 prompts that were chosen. Each artist creates a piece of artwork from THEIR interpretation of that particular grouping of prompts. We discuss, encourage, and embrace each artist, no matter their skill level, background, or their own interpretation of their creation.

Spine, Siren, & Inverted

Bleached, Interstellar, & Ethereal
-Prompt 5:
Spiral, Madman, & Hatching
-Prompt 4:
Pyramid, Metal, & Open Eyes
-Prompt 3:
Nephilim, Mistress, & Shrunken Head
-Prompt 2:
Ramen, Starlight, & Dinosaur
-Prompt 1:
Sanctuary, Orchard, & Rotten
Tuesday, September 9, @ 6-9PM You’ll see the huge array of different artworks that will be featured this year! Our group will be hosting our first meeting of Season 5 DURING the reception. This will give the community an opportunity to see what we do at each meeting throughout the year + join AbstrACTION Art Group if you’d like 🙌
