Understanding Our Chakras

Everyone talks about the Chakras. We know where they come from and their names, but how do they work? And how can we best work with them? In my class, I will provide a brief overview of the classical seven chakras, including some lesser-known ones, and offer practical ways to work with them through visualization, color magick, and crystal magick. We'll follow up the study by doing a meditation through our chakras.

Attendees each receive a set of crystals for attuning to each of the chakras we will be working with in the meditation, along with instructions on how to do so at home.
