This is a great opportunity to dial in some skills and learn more about mountain biking. We’ll ride the Granite Bay Trails at Folsom Lake; expect some fun, easy terrain with plenty of rocks to roll.

D2R's mission is to help veterans boost their mental and physical health by reconnecting with nature, themselves, and their community. Riding together outdoors helps reduce stress, anxiety, and depression—this is why we hit the trails!
