Restful Renewal: An Exploration of Restorative Yoga

workshop. We’ll kick things off with a brief introduction covering what restorative yoga is, how props can support your body, and the powerful benefits this calming practice offers. Then, settle in for a 60-minute restorative yoga practice designed to help you unwind, release tension, and leave you feeling refreshed and grounded. Comfortable clothing is strongly encouraged to help you relax and get the most from your experience. No prior yoga experience is needed — just come as you are, ready to rest and renew.

Meet your instructor, Angela Golladay: As an E-RYT 200 and YACEP certified yoga teacher, Angela empowers her students to explore their full potential through dynamic and restorative yoga practices that combine physical postures, breathing techniques, Somatics, and meditation to nurture both body and soul. Her classes foster a sense of community, helping individuals connect not only with their bodies and minds but also with each other. Angela is committed to fostering a safe and inclusive environment for students of all levels, abilities, and backgrounds. Her classes focus on balance, flexibility, and strength while promoting mental health and emotional well-being.
