GROUP TRAINING
Our “WAXWING WEDNESDAY” TRAINING GROUP will take place for 4 weeks leading up to the race (Wednesday, August 13th, 20th, 27th and September 3rd). Whether you are interested in learning the route or just looking for some fun people to hit the trails with, you can’t go wrong with our Wednesday run group!
3 distances available… 3k, 5k and 10k! Run or walk, all levels welcome! We will meet at the Bear Paw Golf Course at 6:00 pm each week and start promptly at 6:15 pm. *Remember to bring hydration, wear trail shoes and pack bear spray if you have it!
