A healing journey that blends:
🌿 Restorative Yoga – Settle into fully supported poses that gently open the body, calm the nervous system, and melt away tension.
🌸 Reiki Energy Healing – While you rest, I’ll offer hands-on Reiki to each participant — supporting emotional release, deep relaxation, and energy balance. You’ll also receive a personalized intuitive message, written on a note at the top of your mat to guide and ground you beyond the session.
🎶 Sound Bath – Let the vibrations of crystal singing bowls carry you into a deeper state of stillness during an extended savasana. This is where everything integrates — body, mind, and soul.
This is more than a class.
